ORDER PROCESSING

All orders placed on Monday-Friday will be processed the following business day. Please note, that orders placed on Friday will begin processing on the following Monday. Once placed, orders cannot be cancelled. Please refer to our Return Policy.

SHIPPING

We ship to the shipping address provided by you. It's therefore your responsibility to provide us the complete and correct shipping address to avoid missing shipments. We are not responsible for damaged, lost, or stolen packages. We also cannot ship to PO Boxes.

Domestic UPS GROUND orders - please allow 2-3 business days for processing and another 2-7 days for delivery.

Domestic UPS 2 DAY and UPS OVERNIGHT orders - please allow 1-2 business days for processing and then the indicated delivery times.

Processing and delivery times do not include Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays.

LOCAL TAXES

Sales tax is applicable to New York residents only.

PAYMENT

We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. We do not accept personal checks, money orders, or direct bank transfers. All prices on our site are based on the US dollars and charged in US dollars. The exact exchange rate that you will pay is determined by the bank that issued your credit card.
